Over the last three decades Steve has had the privilege of working along side some of the most talented & successful founders and business leaders in the real estate & technology industries to help scale their businesses, resulting in successful investment rounds, exits & IPO’s.
He led sales at CoStar Group from startup to IPO while growing the sales team to over 100 professionals.
He then helped REIS & Studley accelerate growth, leading to their acquisitions by Moodys & Savills, respectively.
From there Steve helped Cherre grow sales & partnerships through two successful investment rounds totaling in excess of $70M.
Most recently He built Verumex's GTM from scratch - 5 months later Verumex was acquired by Chatham Financial.
One thing all of these successful ventures had in common; great technology PLUS great people.

Over the past decade, Willz has been involved in the commercial real estate & technology industries - from brokerage to real estate development to software startup.
Willz began his career as a commercial real estate broker at Lee & Associates.
After some early success, he dove head first into entrepreneurship by starting Tolbert Property Advisors where he focused on investment sales & development.
He wanted to start a tech-enabled brokerage, but the software became the business and so he founded Mapsheet.
Willz and met Steve at CREtech NY in 2019 when Steve was leading partnerships at Cherre. That's when Willz decided to build Mapsheet on top of Cherre's data infrastructure - which he sold in early 2024.
Bringing people & technology together to create better outcomes is a passion that Willz is excited to continue exploring with Readyy.

Bringing people & technology together to increase productivity is a passion of mine that I'm excited to continue with Readyy.

Christian began his professional journey as a high school English teacher. From there he was an early employee at Pathwright, a highly successful SaaS platform for building online training programs (paths).
Over his 11 years at Pathwright, he has helped educators and teams transform complex concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful educational experiences.
His work involves developing innovative teaching methodologies, managing learning experience projects, and facilitating community-building events.
In 2022, Christian caught the attention of breakout Silicon Valley startup, Gladly, where he ran GTM Enablement. Before joining Readyy he served as a Sales Director at ASAPP, an AI Call Center Platform that's raised over $300M and was last valued north of $1B.
The opportunity to combine AI technology with authentic human connection to empower sales people is what brought Christian to Readyy.
